Who we are

What we collect and why
- Account details — your name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and optionally a phone number. Used to create and secure your account.
- Delivery addresses — the names, phone numbers and addresses you save. Used to deliver orders.
- Orders — items, prices, delivery details and order status history. Used to fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal record-keeping duties.
- Cart and wishlist — the products you save.
- Contact messages — your name, e-mail address and message, so we can reply.
- Comments — the display name and text you submit. You do not need an account to comment.
- Security data — to prevent spam and abuse we process your IP address. We store only a keyed, one-way hash of it alongside comments, reports, contact messages and rate-limit counters, and we clear these hashes after 90 days. Server logs may also record technical information for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this website.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, remember a guest cart, throttle abusive submissions and remember that you've seen the cookie notice. See the Cookie Notice.
Third-party services
- Spam protection (CAPTCHA) — comment and contact forms use a verification service (Cloudflare Turnstile or Google reCAPTCHA, as configured), which may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy.
- Web fonts — fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
- E-mail delivery — account and order e-mails are sent through our e-mail provider [provider to be confirmed].

We do not sell your personal data and do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How long we keep data
